If you order a wig and we don't have it in stock it takes 9-10 workdays for Cjade to make a style the wig, if there is a delay we will update you trough email! not trough other social media accounts 

There is a warranty on your wig for 6 months, in those 6 months we can prepare everything on our costs , after the 6 months it is not in our hands anymore

Attention: From the moment you cut the lace on the closures or frontal, or we can see that the wig has been worn, we can help you solve every problem but not take the wig back.
